Transvaal 5 pound stamp Membership fees to the Philatelic Society for Greater Southern Africa are $25 to North America and $30 air to Europe and Africa. Included in the membership, is a subscription to Forerunners the society journal. This is published three times per year for the periods July/October, November/February, and March/June.

  2. $ US bank notes mailed at the sender's own risk.
